Your meat will be available over the course of the year in weekly installments.  We will honor requests for specific cuts of meat to the best of our ability as the season allows.  Currently, you can pick up your meat at a variety of locations, including Hot Springs, Little Rock and our farm.  We are expanding into Conway and iwll continue to grow to meet our members' needs.

A whole lamb is perhaps one of the best value purchases available.  The on-farm price of an entire animal is $150.00 with a custom-exempt processing cost of $50.00.

The total cost of a whole lamb cut to order is approximately $200.  That comes to $5.50/lb. for actual “take home” weight. Since the entire lamb “take home” weight is usually around 40 lbs., it is easily handled and stored.
